Effective 7:00 a.m. on the date(s) shown and subject to change without notice and subject to its division orders as amended and supplemented, and other agreements and contracts, Navajo Refining Company will pay the following prices per net barrel of 42 U.S. gallons for crude oil purchased and delivered into its pipeline or other pipelines or other facilities authorized by Navajo Refining Company.
